Since then, we’ve expanded globally, transforming the health supply chain with drone logistics operations in four countries.

To help us achieve our vision, we are looking to appoint a new Head of Enterprise Sales. We are seeking an inspirational, high-energy leader to drive our growth and capitalise on commercial opportunities. This will be an opportunity like no other! You will be at the forefront of an emerging global sector, visualising and driving commercial partnerships with organisations worldwide.
Working closely with the CCO you will undertake strategic planning to generate growth. You will have proven experience in market segmentation, with the ability to identify key focus industries, perform outreach campaign planning and market sizing. In addition, you will lead the development of all collateral with support from marketing and analyst team members.
You will utilise your commercial acumen and capitalise on your well-developed networks to generate new leads and nurture opportunities. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the entire Swoop Aero sales process based on the overall commercial strategy. This will include leading preliminary client meetings, rapidly qualifying leads, conducting client follow-ups and overseeing their successful changeling through our sales journey.
Advancing existing leads:
You will have a knack for quickly developing a deep understanding of customers’ needs which will enable you to build a pertinent business case, develop details of future operations including budget and network design and create customised collateral. You will work closely with these leads to ensure successful contract negotiations and deal closure, prior to hand-off to customer success and ops teams.
Commercial Relationship building:
You will confidently build relationships with key operational and channel partners to align product needs and facilitate partnership development. This includes developing the GTM/beachhead strategy and working through partner requirements leaning on expertise across relevant Swoop Aero teams. You will work in conjunction with other areas of the business to ensure all customer requirements are fulfilled prior to kick-off and hand over to the Swoop Aero operations team.
