Powered by the Digital Twin and enabled by seamless flow of data, our integrated application ecosystem encompasses the full suite of internal and customer-facing applications from production through to the systems to manage the delivery network orders.

The Swoop Aero software suite

Developed using lessons learnt across 18,000 operational BVLOS flights, Swoop Aero's 12 core software applications are the full suite of digital tools we need.

Remote Pilot Station (RPS)

The Remote Pilot Station (RPS) is the primary interface for RPA monitoring and command. The RPS is accessible from any device connected to the internet and is protected via multiple layered security protocols to prevent unauthorised access. This allows the aircraft to be flown remotely from anywhere in the world. One pilot can control up to 30 aircraft; a ratio which allows rapid and cost-effective network scalability.

Operations Management System (OPS)

Our proprietary Operations Management System allows the oversight of operations, including securing operational release for flights as well as flight authorization. This ensures that all regulatory reporting requirements, including maintenance management, defect reporting, and rectification are met. The integrated operations platform is premised on a set of predetermined outcomes to ensure strategic decisions are made and programmed before the aircraft takes off.

Planner - Flight Planning

Our proprietary cloud-based flight route planner allows automated checks preventing any breach of aircraft, airspace, or ground risk limits to ensure the airspace & aviation ecosystem remains agile, robust, & resilient. All routes are passed through an automated software validation tool which ensures routes are planned within set limitations, comply with flight planning risk mitigations, & clear of terrain within the flight geography.
