Introducing… Commercial Programs Manager India Birrell

In India’s role as Commercial Programs Manager at Swoop Aero, no two days are ever the same.

“Working for a start-up, you get to experience and grapple with multiple areas of the business. In one day, I can research and write content for all Swoop Aero digital platforms, and then I may write proposals and grants for fundraising efforts to support our operations across Africa.”

India has a background in economic and international relations. She has worked across research institutions such as the University of Sydney, and ID4Africa, and is currently completing a Master of International Relations.

“Working with NGOs and impact-driven organisations to make a positive impact and difference is what I love about my role at Swoop Aero,” said India

“I also love all the amazing people I get to work with! I love being surrounded by a team of like-minded and passionate people that are eager to change the world for the better.”
