Introducing… Customer Success Manager Chloe Ho
Chloe Ho came to Swoop Aero after spending over five years working at a Melbourne-based tech startup, supporting the organisation’s growth from 1 to over 45 global venues. As Swoop Aero’s Customer Success Manager, Chloe is able to apply her impressive skills and knowledge of the industry across the organisation.
“One of the great things about working for a start-up is the opportunity to work in multiple areas of the organisation. It provides a lot of diversity to each day. For me, it could be working with our Platform customers to coordinate hardware maintenance or repairs, shipments or technical support, developing content for our external customer-facing Knowledge Base system, building our Learning Management System or developing our onboarding process”
Chloe works with our talented team and customers to build processes that support Swoop Aero’s continued growth on a global scale. For Chloe, this is one of the best elements of her work at Swoop Aero.
